Any UO student who created a piece during their college career can enter. This is a great way to get your work out there and potentially win a prize by winning in your category!

For the 2nd consecutive year, the Pac-12 Networks is offering its exclusive “Pac-12 Networks’ Television Production Student Training Program”

Thanks to the generosity of alum Ben Kalb ’69, the Departments of Theatre Arts & Athletics invite students to attend a two-day, one-credit workshop to bolster on-camera tv/film hosting skills.

The one-credit course is an invitation-only class open only to students who have a declared majors of Journalism, Theater Arts or Cinema Studies and/or are student athletes. Space is limited to 15 participants. For more information, please read the On Camera Hosting Flyer.

Students admitted to the course will be selected by John Schmor, theater department head, in consultation with heads of the areas listed above.

CINE 425 Top Indie Film seeks cast members for three short student produced narrative films

Non-union only, no compensation except for exposure in great films. Shooting will be 3-4 days during the month of May. The films are produced by crews of nine students using scripts chosen from our screenwriting course, and will be scored by advanced composition students and faculty at the UO School of Music and Dance. But, we need acting talent!
