Local Sightings is now accepting films for the 16th annual festival, Local Sightings 2013!
Eligible films are those finished within the last 18 months, made by filmmakers living in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, British Columbia, and the Yukon Territories). Submissions accepted until July 1, 2013. For more information, visit the Local Sightings website.
The Cinema Studies Equipment room opened Monday, April 8th in room 18, Knight Library (near CMET).
All equipment for Cinema Studies students enrolled in production classes is now in one location. More information about hours, a complete list of equipment, and more is listed under THE LAB, Equipment Room information.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis
Instructor Stephen Rust will be taking 11 Cinema Studies majors to the Northwest Film Center, Second Story Interactive Studios, and Bent Image Lab in Portland, followed by a free screening of The Shining.
