The popular CINE 399 Cinema in the City will be taught again in 2013 by Dr. Andre Sirois and the NW Film Center in Portland.
This two-week, four-credit course is a Production A or B course that explores how cinematographers and filmmakers use the moving image to interpret the urban landscape. Students will be directly involved in developing a moving image aesthetic by creating a short film that explores with picture and sound the contemporary urban environment of downtown Portland.
Registration begins March 8 for Summer School. Department approval required. Contact Shauna Riedel-Bash, Academic Advisor & Internship Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
